Ansley and Kalyb tied the knot a few weeks ago at The Barn at High Point Farms in Flintstone, Georgia. Due to covid-19, this was the THIRD time replanning their wedding day. I guess you could say “third times a charm” in this situation! It was a hot day with a 60% chain of rain but of course it turned our beautiful with no rain in sight!
The colors Ansley chose were greens and slate gray with a hint of pale blue. It was STUNNING and looked like her to a T. Every detail resembled her sweet, fun, loving and easy-going personality. We were not able to meet in person before the wedding day BUT I walked in and felt like I knew Ansley for years! All of the girls were so sweet and were such a big help with anything I needed.
Upon arrival at the venue, my assisting photographer Paige and I were instantly greeted by the groomsmen! Let me tell you, these guys were HILARIOUS and so much fun!
I am ALWAYS here for the first looks! Ansley wanted to do one with her daddy and the girls. Her dad was precious and shed lots of tears.. so so sweet. Not only was dad full of emotions, little flower girl was too.
Now… lets all stop to appreciate this dress!!
The Barn at High Point Farms is SO MANY options for photos and so much room. Everywhere you turn there is a gorgeous view. There is a spot for the groom and bride separately to relax and they are decorated so well! They also have an adorable tree house home to stay overnight!
Next up: the bridal party!!
The outdoor ceremony was beautiful and was surrounded by all their close friends and family.
NOW FOR THE PARTY! They ate dinner, shared a little cake, fed goats, played corn hole, did a few toasts and then danced the night away! If you ever need a cookie cake, THIS ONE WAS AMAZING..like eating cookie dough..so good yall.
The party stopped…just for a minute to send off the bride and groom with sparklers and cheering!
I always consider it such an HONOR to capture one of the most important days for my couples and this one was no different. Wishing the BEST for Ansley and Kalyb as they venture through married life!
